R.E.A.L Girlz Ambassadors are high school students who represent R.E.A.L Girlz through community service, public speaking, and mentorship to elementary school students.

Ambassadors participate in R.E.A.L Girlz Mentor and Leadership Academy.

During the seven month program the girlz gain valuable life and leadership skills which include:

• CPR Certification
• Participation in team and relationship-building activities
• Learning and practicing public speaking skills.
• Providing mentorship to elementary school students.
• Engage in College Admission Tours
• Learning to effectively communicate
• Learning social-emotional skills
• Learning problem solving skills

In addition, the girlz participate in a two day weekend retreat to bond, learn to work as a team, and prepare for their role as peer mentors.
